Develop your network

All our interns are invited to become an integral part of our social life by joining one of our sports teams or helping organize a fundraiser. You will have the great opportunity to rub shoulders with our leaders and learn from them, allowing you to develop your network on a whole new level.

Next Generation Leaders Summer Internship Program

Looking for an experience that stands out? Your summer internship will demand both your knowledge and leadership skills. Besides participating in the rollout of ongoing projects in a department related to your field of study, you will also be given an exceptional assignment: a major strategic project prepared in collaboration with senior management.

Here are a few past examples of projects assigned to our interns:
  • Development of a business plan to prepare our expansion into a new country
  • Implementation of a pilot project for an overall equipment effectiveness tracking system in manufacturing
  • Development of a strategy to improve the sales force’s effectiveness

This project is to be carried out within a team and will enable you to learn new things by taking you off the beaten track. In the process, you will have the opportunity to work with senior management, to whom you will be asked to present this project at the very end of your internship.
